Tapera Healthcare provides person-centred care and support for children, young people and adults with a wide range of care and support needs. Our Doncaster CQC-registered service includes support for older adults, adults under 65, children and young people, people living with dementia, people with mental health conditions, people with eating disorders, people with physical disabilities, people with sensory impairments and people affected by substance misuse.

Every referral is considered individually so that the support offered is appropriate to the person’s assessed needs, our registered activities, staff competence and the service available in their area.
